Creative Localization & Personalization Guides
A line that works on the English master may wrap badly on a square ad or lose its meaning in another market. Treat wording, layout and the offer as one creative review, then make the variants from an approved master.

Start from the editable master
Preserve the layers, components and text frames the designer will need. A screenshot is useful context, but it is not a replacement for the working file.
Review each market's finished layout
Check text expansion, font coverage and local examples. An image review needs to see the translated text in the design, not only in a list of sentences.
Personalize from approved content
Keep names, locations and offers in a clean data sheet. Check a small set of edge cases before rendering every distributor or customer variant.

A useful question
Can we approve one creative and reuse it for every market?
You can reuse an approved concept and master layout. Each market still needs checks for the offer, wording, imagery, fonts and required disclosures. Approval of the source does not approve every localized export.
