The through-line is that the useful ideas rarely arrive as technology insights. Vitra.ai began as an observation about access: that a student who wanted to learn about a technical subject had to read English to do it, and that this was a distribution problem dressed up as a language problem. The technology followed the observation rather than the other way round.
